JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for developing software project plans, including project scope, objectives, timeline, budget, and resource allocation, as well as managing the entire lifecycle of the project;
2. Establish and manage project teams, assign tasks, and ensure that team members are clear about their responsibilities;

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Have more than 5 years of project management experience and have systematically studied project management knowledge, such as PMP, ACP certification, information system project manager, etc;
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills, sense of responsibility, ambition, and strong ability to withstand pressure
3. Familiarity with CMMI or ASPICE is preferred;
4. Priority given to those with software development experience;
5. Possess good English/Japanese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with priority given to being able to communicate directly with overseas clients in spoken English/Japanese;6. Priority will be given to those with experience in managing large project teams (with a team of 10 or more members).
